When working with outdoor landscape light fixture, please make sure to prevent our LED spotlight from water. We don't recommend you to enclose it completely in the landscape lighting fixture. In order for an LED to function correctly, they must be in a non-enclosed fixture to allow heat to dissipate from the heat sink. Otherwise, they can overheat and may fail early.

If you enclose the light in the sealed fixture, the light will work but the lifespan will be shorter than usual.

Since it is a 12V light, you need to have a power supply to convert the 110V to 12V. Please make sure you need to have at least 100 watts power supply to run for 10 lights.

The reason you got green when pressed RED button is the wires sequence of the strip light is different from the controller. For example, some strip light is in a sequence of V+ RBG, however, our controller is in sequence of V+RGB.

To solve the problem, you may need to switch the red wire and green wire of the strip light before you connect it to the controller.

Our recessed light (SKU: TS061) is not IC-rated. It is designed to install directly to the ceiling without recessed can/housing. Please make sure to keep it away from the insulation about 4-5 inches to prevent overheat.

The noise is very likely to be the power-line noise that can interfere with radio communications and broadcasting. Essentially, the power-lines or associated hardware improperly generate unwanted radio signals that override or compete with desired radio signals. Many electrical devices, such as electrical motors, tools and appliances, can cause interference. The types of interference differ greatly from one electrical device to another. At this moment, if we comfirm that it is the power-line noise issue, you will have to replace the recessed light with something else since the issue is non-fixable. We suggest you to follow the steps below to determine if the source is in the home:

All steps should be performed while interference is active:

    1. Go to the main breaker panel or fuse box in the home. Verify the presence of the noise with the battery-powered radio. (Be sure to have your flashlight ready in case the lights go out.)
    2. If the noise is present and is the same as the interference, shut off all power to the premises by turning off the MAIN circuit breaker or pulling the MAIN fuses. An alternate method is to place the radio next to the meter and, if the noise is present, pull the meter. If the noise on the AM radio stops while the power is off, the source of the interference is within the residence. If the noise continues, you can assume it is coming from a point external to the customer's home.
Restore the main circuit breaker or fuses or meter.
    3. If the noise stopped while the power was off, you can locate the circuit supplying the power to the noise source. While monitoring the battery powered AM radio as before, and with the noise present, turn off and on the individual circuit breakers one at a time until the noise stops. Leave off the breaker that stops the noise.
    4. You must now determine what is on the circuit by going from room to room, if necessary, checking outlets, appliances, and lights for the absence of electricity. The offending noise will be something on this circuit. Turn the breaker back on and wait for the noise to return.
    5. With the noise back on and using the AM radio to monitor it, return to the area of the noisy circuit and unplug everything on this circuit one at a time until the offending device is found.

Please email us your test result so we can assist you better. Thank you!

After checked the product info, there is no cover for the wiring area so the wiring will leave expose. Therefore, we don't suggest you to install the fixture in a bathroom since moisture or water may go inside the fixture and shorten the life span of the product.

Our extendable under cabinet lighting fixture can be hardwired. You just need to cut off the adapter from the power cord and get 2 lead wires to connect to your prower source.

You just use the easy connectors which comes with the kit to extend the length of your cabinet lighting.

Please understand that lumen will vary from warm white color to daylight color. Therefore, it is hard to get an exact lumen for this strip light. The lumen for warm white will about 1500 to 1800 and daylight will about 1800 to 2400.

Please be informed that the power supply for each kit is only 2A (24 watts), which can only run for 1 roll of the light. The controller can only control for up to 2 sets of light. In order to connect 2 sets of the lighting kit, you will need to get a bigger power supply. For examply, 2 rolls of light need 48 watts so you need a 48 watts or above power supply. If you want to connect more than 2 sets of kit, you will need to get a bigger power supply and controller.

Please make sure you add a amplifier to each additional roll of light to extend the signal and keep the voltage constant. Amplifier needs to be powered by a 12V power source, which can be the same power supply you use for the stirp light or any power source with 12 volts.

This bulbs are non-water proof, we recommend you to use them for indoor use instead of outdoor unless you use them in an outdoor landscape lighting fixture. To make sure the light bulbs can function correctly, please do not enclose them completely in the lighting fixture. Although the light bulb will work in a sealed fixture, the life span will be shorter than usual. They must be used in a semi-enclosed fixture, which allow heat to dissipate form the heat sink. Otherwise, they can be overheat and may fail early.
